- Start in a kneeling position
- Place your hands directly under your shoulder blades
- Align your knees directly under your hips
- Relax your back and neck
- Tread one arm underneath your body, palm up
- Gradually twist your torso and slide that arm further through the gap
- Keep your hips high and concentrate on gradually drawing your shoulder blades further apart.
- Feel the stretch between your shoulder blades and through the back of your shoulders
- Hold
- Repeat on the other side
