Back of Shoulder Stretch

  • Stand tall with your shoulder blades relaxed
  • Bring arm to be stretched across your body
  • With opposite arm, grasp the stretching arm below the elbow and gently pull across the body until you feel a stretch at the back of your shoulder
  • Hold
  • Repeat on the other side

Warm Up: 20 seconds

Main Stretch: 30 to 40 seconds

Repetitions: 2x daily
