Foot Plantar Flexors – Soleus

  • Start by kneeling on both knees
  • Step the foot of the leg to be stretched alongside the other knee
  • Transfer your weight backwards
  • Press the heel of your front foot into the ground
  • Once you feel the stretch deep in your calf hold the stretch

Warm Up: 20 seconds

Main Stretch: 30 to 40 seconds

Repetitions: 2x daily
