Our therapist will select the best suitable mix of techniques to resolve your problem, regardless of what part of your training cycle you are in. If you are visiting just before a sporting event, the massage may be a medium pressure flushing massage and some stretching, to relax the muscles and improve joint range of motion for the big day.
After an event, the treatment would most likely involve some deep tissue work or even some trigger point work, to deal with the more serious problems that have been building up over a period of intensive training.
