Back Extensors Stretch Child Pose

  • Sit comfortably on your heels with your spine tall
  • Inhale
  • Upon exhalation gently curve forward, softening through the spine
  • Place your forehead onto the ground and wrap your arms around your body
  • If not comfortable with this, stack your fists on top of each other and rest your forehead there
  • Relax and breathe gently
  • Feel your back open up and relax

Warm Up: 20 seconds

Main Stretch: 30 to 40 seconds

Repetitions: 2x daily
