- Sit tall with legs stretched out in front.
- Cross left leg over right.
- Support your tall sitting posture by wrapping your right hand around your bent knee.
- Exhale and begin to twist your torso towards your bent knee.
- Inhale again.
- On exhalation rotate even further.
