Back Rotators Stretch Floor

  • Sit tall with legs stretched out in front.
  • Cross left leg over right.
  • Support your tall sitting posture by wrapping your right hand around your bent knee.
  • Inhale.
  • Exhale and begin to twist your torso towards your bent knee.
  • Inhale again.
  • On exhalation rotate even further.

Warm Up: 20 seconds

Main Stretch: 30 to 40 seconds

Repetitions: 2x daily
