Ankle Dorsi Flexors – Seated

  • Sit tall on your sit-bones on the edge of a firm chair
  • Point foot of ankle to be stretched
  • Slide foot underneath chair
  • Apply gentle downward pressure until you feel the front of your shin and ankle stretch

Warm Up: 20 seconds

Main Stretch: 30 to 40 seconds

Repetitions: 2x daily
