Wrist Flexors Stretch

  • Standing or sitting tall with your shoulders relaxed
  • Place the heels of your hands together
  • Move your hands close to the chest to increase the stretch
  • Press the hands gently together
  • Feel the stretch across the palm of your hands and the inside of your forearms
  • Hold

Warm Up: 20 seconds

Main Stretch: 30 to 40 seconds

Repetitions: 2x daily
