  • Place hand to be stretched flat on the table
  • Press gently into the table with this hand
  • Carefully pick up one finger at the time by the tip and draw it away from the table until you feel a stretch across the palm of your hand and your finger
  • Work your way through all fingers, then swap sides

Warm Up: 20 seconds

Main Stretch: 30 to 40 seconds
